Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a middle school development. As of April 18, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The project consists of providing a secure entry at Central Senior High School with new storefronts and controlled access. The project also consists of removing existing ceilings and providing a new ceiling at Harding Senior High School and associated work. Remove an existing gym partition at Murray Middle School and provide a new curtain. Provide new doors and hardware at Chelsea Heights Elementary School at doors indicated in the contract documents. Provide new ceilings and light fixtures as well as associated work at Hazel Park Preparatory. Provide new storefronts at the vestibule of Phalen Lake Hmong Studies as indicated in the contract documents.
