The City of Saint Paul (City) is requesting bids to establish one or multiple Master Contracts for rental and replacement of temporary traffic control items. A Master Contract may be utilized to respond to Local, State, or Federal declared emergency events requiring deployment of traffic control devices. The selected Vendor(s) will be required to generate itemized invoices with specific information to aid the City in various reporting requirements Q And A Open: 03/30/2023 07:00:00 PM Q And A Close: 04/14/2023 02:00:00 PM Provide the name, address, phone number and email for three business references. The supplier has reviewed the insurance requirements for this event and understands that they must meet the insurance requirements upon award. Does the supplier have or will the supplier be able to obtain upon award the proper insurance as defined in the terms and conditions Please attach a Certificate of Insurance in the types and amounts required by the solicitation. I further understand that I will have up until the time of award, or 10 days after bid opening, whichever occurs first, to complete and submit my Vendor Outreach Program Questionnaire. Failure to submit this form will result in my bid being treated as nonresponsive.
