Integrated Project Delivery; construction of a new indoor recreation facility near the Kal Tire Place and Kal Tire Place North twin arenas. The new Active Living Centre will include a 50-metre pool, leisure pool, double gymnasium, fitness centre, walking/running track and multi-purpose spaces. The facility will be Net Zero Ready and Rick Hanson Gold Level Certified. TIMELINE: All major trades are secured.
