Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
*Award amount was not released for publication. *Construction is complete. PMC has identified four (4) roof areas which are in need of immediate replacement, and one roof requiring selective repairs. The project involves selective replacement and repairs of the identified roof areas as designed by Engineering Link. The project will be completed by December 2019. Roof Area 13 Cooling tower; Roof Area 7 above electrical substation; Roof Area 9 Substation penthouse, Roof Area 16 above Library: Remove existing membrane roof from roof deck, reinstate membrane, reinstate insulation, reinstate stone ballast. Roof Area 17 requires the localized repair of all roof penetrations, and reinstating the counterflashing on the roof to wall transition. All roof systems are to have a 25 year warranty. Localized repairs are to conform with product warranty so as not to disrupt the existing warranty in place.
