For the provision of Design-Build Services for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Early Works Redevelopment Project at University Health Network (UHN) , Toronto. The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be May 2021) for a period of 2 years. This RFP is issued for the purpose of soliciting the provision of Design-Build contracting services. The proposed team should have qualifications and expertise necessary to complete various 'Early Works' design build projects at Princess Margaret Cancer Center (PMH) 610 University Ave and 620 University Ave. The Early Works project is a precursor to a larger initiative UHN will undertake in 2023, this project will allow PMCC to create vacancies within the hospital. Consultants have completed functional program information as well as schematic block plans for each of the areas, which will shape & form the scope of work, all approved documents are included as part of this RFP. General scope requires full Design Build services, and will include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Decommission and demolitions of various locations 2. Design and Build small catering kitchen (10th floor 610 Univ.) 3. Design and Build new Head & Neck clinic, relocate from 2nd floor (3rd floor 310 Univ) 4.
