Renovation of an educational facility in New Britain, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roof Replacement – Slade Middle School, 183 Steele Street, New Britain, CT 06052. The project consists of approximately 59,925 sq.ft. flat roof, 23,425 sq.ft. sloped roof and related work as per Bid Documents. Refer to roof plans for extent of summer work and work to be completed later with coordination for MEP related work (separate contract) at a later date (possible multiple trips by December, 2023). THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN AND THE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT OF NEW BRITAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY OR ALL THE OPTIONS, BIDS OR PROPOSALS; TO WAIVE ANY TECHNICALITY IN A BID OR PART THEREOF SUBMITTED, AND TO ACCEPT THE BID DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN
