Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump-sum contract are invited for the following work: UCLA Westwood Center Restroom Upgrade 5th & 8th Flrs Project Number: 20180629-1102-17 Description of Work: Description of Work: Renovation of men's and women's restrooms on the 5th and 8th Floors to upgrade finishes and comply with ADA requirements. Work on each restroom shall be concurrent and include but not be limited to: demolition, modified mechanical, electrical and plumbing, new fixtures, accessories and finishes as well as new corridor drinking fountains.
