PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is for renovation of the existing Sterile Processing Services (SPS) on the Ground Floor and the 5th Floor areas. The plan is to renovate approximately 14,903-GSF of interior space for SPS on the Ground Floor and 860-GSF of interior space for SPS on the 5th Floor. There are Steris Trailers that will be utilized while the SPS areas are being renovated. The General Contractor will be responsible for rental of these trailers. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation.
