Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bolton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

Improvements to John Bell Williams Airport (JVW) - Schedule I and II Schedule I This schedule consists of excavating the area with disposal on site. The top of the excavation (non-clay material) should be placed aside for use in the undercut areas under the pavement structure. This is based upon the geotechnical report that there are "fat" clays in the area. Once you get to the subgrade elevation, we will have our lab come back out and identify any areas that need to be undercut to remove any such material. If this material is present, you will undercut until you get out of that type material or to a maximum of 3'. The pavement structure shall be 12" of lime treated subbase, 12" of crushed limestone and 8" of concrete pavement (note that the dowels are 1" in diameter which will probably prevent "wet sticking"). You will also install an inlet and 104 l.f. of 36" x 23" Arch RCP with Flared End Section and Rip Rap. The pavement structure above the Arch RCP shall consist of 12" of flowable fill and 8" concrete pavement. As part of the flowable fill the contractor will need to provide a bond breaker(incidental to the flowable fill item) between the flowable fill and the concrete pavement. Once all grading and paving is complete, you will install sod along the edges of the pavement and seed the other graded areas. Then you will install the wildlife fence. Schedule II This schedule consists of using on-site millings to base in a road.
