Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Frankford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Council have declared four (4) city owned buildings/structures as being surplus to the needs of the city and further directed that they be demolished. The purpose of this Tender Call is to solicit bids from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide demolition services for the The City of Quinte West (QW). Works include the demolition and site clearance of all existing structures, together with all associated out buildings and appurtenances (the Demolition Area) located at the addresses listed herein. (see Schedule 1, Demolition Sites). The successful Contractor will provide all tools, transportation, labour, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties. The overall objective of this project is to remove all structures, debris, identified trees, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development.
