Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Labelle, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Work includes, but is not limited to: Site demolition, including existing asphalt, concrete sidewalks, soil excavation, Building demolition included masonry walls, shoring, ceilings, flooring, new work to include but not limited to underground utilities, building footer, concrete slabs, concrete columns, masonry, stucco, termite treat, helical piles, site fill and compacted base, structural concrete slab per structural drawings, and geotechnical report, trusses, truss extensions, soffit framing, vinyl soffit ventilation, 5 V metal roof panels, modified bitumen or thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing at flat mechanical equipment roof, Fall protection railings, interior framing, drywall, Fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP), Stainless steel wall coverings, doors & hardware, cabinetry, flooring, paint, kitchen equipment, hood exhaust, hood fire extinguishing system, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical. Bids are Due to Chris-Tel Construction. All requests for information (RFI) are to be submitted clearly in writing via fax (239) 226-0503 or e-mail correspondence to Kjames@christelconstruction.com. Bids can be hand delivered, mailed, faxed, or emailed before the above bid time and date, to Kjames@christelconstruction.com. Subcontractors submitting bids must certify that they have reviewed all plans, specifications, and addendums, and have bid per plans and specifications. DBE/MBE/WBE and Local subcontractor bids are encouraged. If awarded a contract over $100,000.00, subcontractors are required to provide a Performance and Payment (P&P) bond or sign a Personal Guarantee. Trades will be awarded to the lowest, qualified bidder.
