Renovation of a municipal facility in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,072-square-foot municipal facility.

The Work includes the following major items: The expansion and renovation of four (4) lobbies at the Riva Road Heritage Complex, Buildings 2660, 2662, 2664 and 2666 for upgraded security practices. The lobbies for the four (4) Riva Road buildings will be similar, except as required to match existing conditions and finish colors. Building 2666 will have an additional door on the vestibule for access to CVS. The lobbies will be expanded to approximately 1,000 SF, the low glazing canopy will be removed, and new sloped glazed structure added. The main three-story glazed wall will remain.
