Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,641-square-foot, 109-space fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and 6,330-square-foot, 31-space fire / police facility.
There will be two buildings, Building A - 27,641 square feet and Building B - 6,330 square feet, for a total of 33,971 square foot. There will be approximately 31 public parking spaces located to the north of the building and 109 secure parking spaces located south of the main building. As of August 31, 2021, a construction manager at risk has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin in November 2021. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City of Sherman reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities. NOTE: Please refer to the bid document for pre-bid meeting information.
