Sherman Independent School District ("SISD" or the "District") is accepting proposals for Maintenance and Transportation General Services. It is the intent of Sherman ISD to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the District. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work, in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this agreement. Electronic Bidding: Although we are legally required to accept paper bid submissions, we strongly encourage that bidders submit this bid electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, unnecessary work, and reduce paper. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy as the electronic version will prevail.
