Site Improvements - Mid-America and Mid-America West Sports Complexes Bidders shall file with their bid a bid surety in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of thetotal amount of their bid. Such bid surety shall be made payable to the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the JCPRD Administration Building Boardroom at the time and date set forth to accept bids. Bids will then be delivered to the Board of Commissioners of JCPRD for bid award determination at a public meeting of such Board to be held within 30 days following such bid opening.
