Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 270,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 320-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; three-story above grade, 299-space parking garage; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a new Providence Manor as follows: 320-bed, Long-Term Care facility including site services; approx. 270,000 sq ft. For Providence Village, construction of a new 300-car parking garage and related connections to the existing Motherhouse of the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul; A upgrading of the Central Utilities Plant of the Motherhouse including new central heating systems, upgrades to the main electrical equipment including new diesel generator, and modifications to and upgrading of the central laundry. TIMELINE: Sub trades are being secured through a prequalified process that has closed. Awarded trades are not being released at this time. Construction Manager is mobilizing on site. Completion is targeted to welcome the first residents in late 2026. *The Ministry of Long-Term Care committed additional funding to support the project and it is now ready to move forward on the project.
