Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and retail development.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate the existing Optics Work Room into a Fiberglass Repair Shop at MA36. The project will include work associated with upgrading of walls, floors, ceilings, and new mechanical equipment. The electrical equipment will be removed and replaced with (CED) Zone 2 rated equipment. BAS controls expansion as well as updates to the Fire Alarm system. Contractors will also relocate DND's existing breathing air equipment in ME32 to this new space in MA36.
