Site work for a water / sewer project in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Utilities Kingston is interested in obtaining quotes to install a 200mm flow meter and associated ductwork on an existing 200mm sewage force main. The location of the proposed work is on Palace Road near the corner of Brock Street just outside the existing Utilities Kingston pump station. The existing Force main was installed in 2022 and is constructed of 200mm DR18 PVC piping. Utilities Kingston is looking for the successful proponent to complete the full installation of the flow meter (supplied by utilities Kingston) including excavation, cutting into the existing force main and installation of meter, piping, and ductwork as per the attached specification and drawings. This quote should include all backfill material and sod and concrete or asphalt restoration. Utilities Kingston has set a completion date of April 14th, 2023, for the installation of the meter and ductwork. Surface restoration is to be completed by June 2nd, 2023.
