Site work for a civil project in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor which provides the best value for the money to provide all construction and related services required for the construction of a new soil transfer site located at 2753 Creekford Road in the City of Kingston. The Corporation requests Bids for the following work on the Project (the Work), as more fully described in the documents indicated in IB.5: (a) 160 meters of electrical trenching (b) 23 metres of storm sewer (c) Approximately 10,000 cubic metres of cut/fill (d) 2,100 square metres of asphalt pavement (e) 1,500 square metres of crushed concrete/granular pad (f) 120 square metres of new road construction (g) 120 square metres of mud mat (h) 6,200 square metres of topsoil & hydroseed (i) 334 square metres of terrafix FLEXICRETE (j) 148 metres of chain link fence with security gate (k) 20 metres of concrete barrier curb (l) 300 metres of concrete barriers (m) 2 sediment catch basins/ditch inlets (n) 1 stormwater separator unit (o) 42 new trees (p) 18 new deciduous shrubs The deadline for all enquires shall be 4:00 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
