Salt Lake City Corporation (the "City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants who have the staff, credentials, experience and expertise to provide ANY one or combination of the following service options: Option 1.Structural Engineering Plan Review Option 2.Plan Review Option 3.Building Code Inspections Option 4.Fire Code Inspectio Consultant shall provide certain plan review and inspections services for City's Building Services Division as described in Exhibit "A" for a term of five (5) years commencing as of January 1, 2020, or the date of this Agreement if later than the aforementioned date. City shall have the right to extend this Agreement for an additional term of up to four (4) months by giving Consultant written notice at least ten (10) days before the expiration of the original term, provided, however, that City may terminate such additional term by giving Consultant at least five (5) days prior written notice of such termination.
