Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work includes lining up to 18,000 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, up to 4,000 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer main, up to 2,100 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer main, and rehabilitation of up to 90 manholes in the Carefree North neighborhood in Greenwood, Indiana. Bids will be taken under advisement for an award at a later date. Contract will be awarded at the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting at 5:30 P.M. on August 5, 2019. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. No Bids shall be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept all or any part of any Bid received, and to waive any and all informalities in Bidding. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. A Performance Bond equal to the Contract price and a Payment Bond to ensure the payment of any subcontractors, contract laborers, material suppliers, and persons furnishing services will be required upon Award of Contract.
