Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 28,665-square-foot, one-story above grade communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

Oregon consists of a new 28,665 square feet, 1-story, Type II-B, fully sprinklered building and all associated site improvements. The completed facility will include office/administration spaces, training classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and an operations room. This facility is classified as and shall be constructed as an Essential Facility with an Occupancy Category IV. The Work will include the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of all work as described in the Drawings and Project Manual including, but not limited to general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, installation of all owner furnished/contractor installed items. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount allowable under the contract on the County Bid Guaranty Form. The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
