A. The City requests sealed Bids to provide general contractor services for the upcoming Civic Center 2nd and 3rd Floor TI project. The Civic Center is the primary administrative facility for the City of Hillsboro that is fully occupied (Floors 1-5). This is an interior office renovation. The scope of work includes the following: Floor 2 Facilities workshop Floor 3 Small conference room Storage room Relocate divider wall between 2 office suites Request Deadline For all substitution, clarification and change requests as well as solicitation protests 02/02/24 at 5:00 PM PST
