Award Subject to Final Approval. J.Clauette contractor Subcontractor bidder -$232,250 The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulations of the Crown Construction Contract Act, as amended, apply to this contract (Regulation 82-109). A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.
