The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for pavement trenching, directional boring, replacement of curb gutter & sidewalk, installation of street lighting and other incidental work. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, acceptable to the County of Sacramento, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment of the Board, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
