Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Equipment Building The City of College Station is seeking a construction company with quality experience in site preparation, construction of pre-engineered steel metal building, construction of an enclosed vehicle wash rack with drainage system, concrete flat work, drainage improvements, and associated infrastructure. This project includes the construction of a3-sided pre-engineered metal building with an adjacent enclosed vehicle wash rack with drainage system at the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2200 N. Forest Pkwy.
