The Marion Utility Service Board further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder or bidders, all to the advantage of the Marion Utility Service Board, or to reject all Proposals. The Marion Utility Service Board has a goal for this project of 10% participation by Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) firms. The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to meet this goal.
