Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cache Creek, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Upgrades to the emergency spillway at the McLean Lake Dam. The McLean Lake Dam is an earthen dam located 10 km from the Village of Cache Creek on the McLeans Lake 3 Indian Reserve (I.R.). The existing spillway on the dam does not meet current provincial safety requirements and must be upgraded to convey a flood that is 1/3rd of the way between the 1 in 1,000-year flood and the Probable Maximum Flow. TIMELINE: Project is pending budget approvals. No responses were received from the RFP for engineering support for the design. Project will be updated when it has been approved to bid for tender. Further update in spring 2025, upon approvals.
