Construction of a six-storey mixed-use affordable rental housing project to be built on two vacant parcels of city-owned property. The proposed project consisted of 53 rental units above commercial space. TIMELINE: The project has received support from city council. Pending confirmation of the City's approval, the proponents will proceed with developing a business case, including applying to BC Housing to secure project funding. Project is conceptual and is conditional on the City's confirmation of agreement.
