Municipal Wastewater Lagoon Desludging It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its proposal is received at the specific location indicated, by the stipulated time. Proposals received at the specific location after the stipulated time shall be returned to the Proponent unopened. The Proposals shall be for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, and on-site services for the complete desludging of the former municipal wastewater lagoon. Scope of work shall include mobilization, all required site preparation, sludge survey, removal of sludge from lagoon, on-site dewatering, deposition of the dewatered sludge to specified site, and demobilization.
