Reference Number 00003138270 Source ID SCRIBE The proposal will include a plan to maintain the space located at 4201 6th Avenue, Port Alberni, BC and include expected hours of work. The operational hours for Public Health are 0800 to 1630, six (6) days per week, Monday to Saturday with the Dialysis unit operational Monday to Saturday, 0700 to 1900. The expectation is that Routine Cleaning, as noted below, will be completed during operational hours (subject to change). The nature and size of this premises will require the minimum cleaning of 15 hours weekly with an additional daily High Frequency Clean related to COVID-19. This additional High Frequency Clean should be provided for a minimum of one (1) hour per day between the hours of 12:00pm and 1:00pm. 4201-6th Avenue is an Island Health leased facility of approximately 3,759 square feet. term of this contract will be for three (3) years with a renewable two (2) year term for a maximum of five (5) years.
