HVAC and Fire Alarm Replacement Project Location: Lubbock State Supported Living Center 3401 N. University Lubbock, TX 79415 The only exception to the Point-of-Contact is the HUB Coordinator. Any questions relating to the HUB Subcontracting Plan must be directed to the HUB coordinator at Linda.Rogers02@hhsc.state.tx.us with a copy to the Point-of-Contact person Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following in accordance with specifications and drawings as set forth in Attachment H to Exhibit C: 1) Repair by replacement of five evaporative coolers on Building 508 Supply Warehouse 2) Repair by replacement of heating boiler in Building 511 Education 3) Repair by replacement of fire alarm detection devices in thirteen of the campus' homes (Buildings 515 thru 528 with there being no home number "522") and in Building 504; total of fourteen (14) buildings. Project Estimate: The approximate cost for construction ofthe Project is $245,336.00.
