The Health and Human Services Commission ("Owner"), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division ("HSCS"), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-112-LBL, Water Valve Replacements at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: This project replaces and/or provides new water valves (distribution and irrigation) campus wide including ancillary requirements for isolation, back-flow, existing water well lines locating and identification, fire hydrant replacements and system wide flow tests and documentation, and new valve box grid coordinates documentation. Submit a security bond in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or original bid bond payable to the Health and Human Services Commission, in an amount not less than 5% of the largest possible total proposed cost, including consideration of alternates, to be held by the Owner's representative in accordance with Section 6 of Exhibit F.
