This Work consists of grading, erosion control, storm sewer, paving, retaining wall, illumination, landscape, irrigation, retaining walls and associated work to constructa parking lot addition for the Clark Regional Wastewater District, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions. The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids,revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. This online plan center provides Bidders with freeof charge access to these documents with the ability to email, download, and view full/partial plan sets and any addenda. If a Bidder has not previously done so, the Bidder will need to create a free user account. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
