The Project consists of the renovation of approximately 35,750 square feet of existing office space and the addition of approximately 62,620 square feet of combination secure parking and police administration space. The existing office space will be reconfigured to support the City of Rochester Public Works, Building Safety, and Community Development departments. The addition will house secure underground parking for Rochester Police Department with an upper floor housing Police administration and operations. The Project will be constructed as a single phase with multiple bid packages Project includes Bid Package #01 consists of interior selective demolition to the existing facility located at 4001 West River Parkway NW, Rochester, MN 55901. BP#01 is also soliciting for the procurement of Doors and Hardware - Material Only. Future Bid Packages will be solicited at a future date.
