Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,630-square-foot fire / police facility.

As of July 2022, construction has started on this project. The Saint Peter Fire Station is a new 22,000 SF Facility on the corner of Sunrise Drive and Broadway in Saint Peter, MN. The building consists of two areas, an office portion and an apparatus bay. The office area is 7,495 SF and is constructed with conventional construction, steel framing with metal stud walls and a brick exterior along with a flat rubber membrane roof. The office area is composed of administration areas, as well as restrooms, support spaces and community room with a serving kitchen. The apparatus bay is 14,135 SF and is constructed with precast concrete panels and double T roof structure. This portion of the building also has a flat membrane roof. The apparatus bay consists of five drive through apparatus bays with OH doors on either side of the building and contains a support space for gear and locker rooms in the center core. Additionally, there is a training tower stair case which leads to a mezzanine level above the center core in the apparatus bay. The site contains both concrete and bituminous paving to create the drive lanes and parking lots supporting the building with two entries points onto Sunrise Drive.
