Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pompano Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
To Furnish and Install (3) HVAC Systems for the City of Margate, (1) Leonard Weisinger Community Center, (2) City Hall and (3) Northwest Focal Point Center. All technical questions relative to the Work shall be directed to: Mr. Bob Keithley 102 Rock Island Road Margate, FL 33063 954-972-8126 bkeithley@margatefl.com A minimum of three (3) years HVAC contractors experience in the field of HVAC systems installation is required. Contractor shall be a licensed Class B air-conditioning Contractor and submit proof thereof.
