Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Pompano Beach, Florida. This project is included in the Town of Hillsboro Beach 2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 12, 2023, details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, funding is allotted to fiscal year 2024 and 2025. A detailed scope has not yet been released. The Town`s water transmission system includes a water main attached to the underside of a small bridge passing over a canal immediately east of the 2500 block of NE 36th Street in Lighthouse Point. The Town has been advised by Lighthouse Point this bridge is scheduled for replacement which will require relocating this water main. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
