Site work for a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of infrastructure improvements including, but not limited to, furnish and installation of underground 20-inch reclaim water main from the intersection of County Road 210 and Alternate County Road 210 under FEC Railroad and US 1 to the former location of Old Dixie Highway. The railroad and highway crossings will be installed by jack and bore of 36" diameter steel casing and 20" D.I. reuse main carrier pipe as more specifically set forth in the project manual (referenced below). TCDA has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work and waive any minor informalities or irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion it is in TCDA's best interest to do so. All selection criteria and final selection are solely at the discretion of the TCDA based on its judgment.
