Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laporte, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of select structural roof repair at the Laporte Public School building. The building is comprised of a single-story with a single wythe concrete masonry wall and structural steel frame and low-slope roof, and was constructed in 2001. The Work includes, but is not limited to; installing new structural steel members and columns. Demo of walls, cutting floor to install new footings for columns, pour floor back in and rebuilding walls and reinstalling doors. install floor and wall finishes to match existing. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Prevailing Wages are applicable to this Project. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
