Furnishing necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for the construction of Jefferson County WCID#10, Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation - 2018 Bond Project - Contract A-Existing Filters, Media, Underdrains Rehab and Proposed Clear Well, generally described as the removal of media from the existing filters, inspection of the filters and underdrains by a Suez equipment representative, repairs and replacements to the filters and underdrains on an as needed basis, replacement of media (sand and anthracite) before placing into service and the installation of a new clear well, three self-priming pumps and the header piping to connect to the existing effluent system at the Jefferson County WCID#10's Water Treatment Plant The right is reserved by the Jefferson County WCID#10, as its interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received. Owner and Engineer, in making copies of Bidding Documents available on the above terms, do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids for the Work and do not confer a license or grant for any other purpose. Bids may be held by the Jefferson County WCID#10 for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds.
