Furnishing necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for the construction of Jefferson County WCID#10, Water Treatment Facility Electrical/SCADA Improvements Project, generally described as furnishing and installation of all electrical gear, motor controls, conduit, conductors, cables, junction boxes, instrument piping, SCADA/HMI hardware, PLC cabinet, software, programming, materials, all necessary appurtenances, and testing all in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Bid Security, only in the form of: 1) a certified or cashier's check drawn on a Texas bank and made payable to Jefferson County WCID#10; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do businessin Texas, in the amount of not lessthan five (5%) percent ofthe total bid,must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted. Bids may be held by the Jefferson County WCID#10 for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds. The right is reserved by the Jefferson County WCID#10, as its interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received.
