Renovation of a water / sewer project in Murphy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project generally includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and performing all work required for the containment blasting and coating of three (3) Steel ground storage reservoirs; a 250,000 gallon, a 1,000,000 gallon and 2,000,000 gallon all at the Northstar Pump Station site, along with all necessary appurtenances. Each bid/proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check of the bidder/proposer, or a bid bond duty executed by the bidder/proposer as principal and having surety thereon, a surety company approved by the Owner in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid/proposal. Such cash, checks or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Owner and the accepted bidder/proposer have executed the Contract or, if no award has been made within ninety (90) days after the date of the opening of bids/proposals, upon demand of the bidder/proposer at any time thereafter, so long as the bidder/proper has not been notified of the acceptance of its bid/proposal.
