Renovation of an educational facility in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,225-square-foot educational facility.
**As of August 12, 2019, project was awarded to Perkes Roofing Inc for $176,055.20. For LHM Campus Miller Corporate Partnership Center (MCPC) Roof Replacement The removal and replacement of single-ply membrane roofing system in its entirety, associated flashing systems, metal parapet cap and/or edge flashing systems, replacing wet or damaged rigid roof insulation, removal and replacement of existing roof drain insulation sumps and addition of new 2" rigid roof insulation over existing and new cover board of approximately 15,255 square feet (Contractor to field verify total area of work). Reworking of existing equipment curbs at mechanical roof tops and exhaust fans and providing new roof hatch, ladder and safety railing are included in the project scope. Repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope.
