Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jeromesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of February 3, 2021, construction is underway. All trades have been awarded. An Architect and Construction Manager have been selected. The Construction Manager will be working with a list of prequalified sub contractors. The previous solicitation is provided below for reference: The Hillsdale Local School District will accept qualifications from design professionals to provide the following consulting services related to the design and construction of the Districts New PreK-12 Building Project (the Project): (i) Land Surveying; (ii) Environmental Site Assessment; (iii) Geotechnical Engineering; (iv) Construction Materials Testing; and (v) Commissioning of multiple building systems, as more particularly described in the RFQ. Interested firms are invited to submit qualifications for one or any combination of the above consulting services.
