Renovation of an educational facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide and install homogenous vinyl sheet flooring in the areas indicated in “Appendix-A” to have the following properties: .1 Thickness: 2.0 mm. .2 Wear Layer: 2.0 mm (through colour). .3 Roll: 2.0 m wide. .3 Weight: 2950 g/m2. .4 Indentation Residual: equal to or less than 0.1 mm .5 Seams to be heat welded. .6 Maintenance is to be non-waxing. .7 15 year commercial warranty. .8 Product to be Polyflor Pearlazzo PUR or Tarkett iQ Optima or approved substitution. .9 Prepare the existing concrete slab to receive new flooring including floor patching and levelling. The floors are to be finished to a 3mm in 3m levelness. .10 All areas receiving new flooring to receive new 100 mm high, coved rubber base installed. Award amount was not released for publication.
