Renovation of an educational facility in Clemson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 94,000-square-foot educational facility. Renovation of Lehotsky Hall for Clemson University College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Life Sciences. The project will renovate the approximately 94,000 SF building, originally constructed in 1974. The scope will include MEP system replacement, structural modifications, ADA compliance upgrades, building envelope modifications, and upgrades to the building finishes. It is being considered that in lieu of the renovation a new building may be constructed on a nearby site. Only bidders meeting prequalification criteria will be allowed to participate in the bidding phase of this project.
