Site work for an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility.
As of 2/16/22, per the owner this bid has been cancelled. There are plans to re-advertise the project, but a timeline has not been established at this time. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Proponent is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in a boycott of Israel. It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents for RFP No. 22-031 to select a qualified Service Provider to develop an area plan to facilitate the creation of a mixed-use, walkable, and equitable community and to increase multimodal travel within the study area. The project deliverable is a planning and feasibility study that analyzes the potential for the creation of Livable Centers and identifies supportive elements and recommendations. This project is 95% federally funded. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the RFP response and document submission. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time. As of January 13, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
