Renovation of an educational facility in Calgary, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
Construction of renovations to an existing school facility. The facility has been identified as a possible location to house the Louise Dean School, currently located at Kensington School. Scope of work consists of building envelope upgrades, including feature soffit and fascia added to increase daylighting into the building. Other work will consist of interior finishes, ventilation supply, millwork and paint; as well as mechanical and electrical system upgrades. TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled by the owner at this time. No tender or construction is expected to ensue. Coverage of this report is discontinued. *Construction budget was estimated at $5,300,000.
