Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Boiler Replacement project addresses the urgent need to replace a critical piece of SAIT's aged infrastructure. By replacing the existing boiler, SAIT will ensure safe delivery of basic utility services to SAIT's buildings, AuArts and Jubilee. Objectives: Ensure adequate supply of heat to all SAIT campus buildings, AuArts and Jubilee. Maintain uninterrupted in-person student programs. Provide occupancy comfort for students, residents, staff, guest and patrons of events. Mandate Related SAIT FM 10-year Capital Plan FY24-34 outlines this boiler replacement project. This intake will be complete an RFP to source a Construction Management company to oversee the project delivery. Based on value of the project, this will go to public. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
